How can I set up custom ringtones in LG chocolate phone?
Oct 6th, 2008, under cellphones |How can I set up my own ringtones in the LG chocolate phone? I have a LG VX8500 ( the own chocolate). I want to set up my own ringtones that I record as my ringtones. Because the sounds setting only allowed me to set up those ringtones that are already there in the phone.
If you record your own sounds you can send them to yourself in picture messages and save them as ringtones. Besides, if you have Verizon, you can’t buy a cord and connect your phone to your computer; most Verizon phones have firmware on them that prevent that (I did it with my RAZR and it didn’t work).
Also, just as another reference, you can also go to www.phonezoo.com to make your own ringtones by uploading music you have on your computer and editing them to make your own ringtones you can send to your phone in the form of picture messages.
