i am looking at renewing my mobile contract with the iphone. how good is it and where can i find the best deal.

according to Apple, it’s the dog’s danglies!

the iphone is really cool. you can play music, watch videos go on the internet anywere in the uk for free. you can only buy iphones at o2 shops and apple retail stores ( £269 ).

only buy the iphone if you can pay for the contract because you have to have it for 18 months.

i dont like the buttons at all..

its an ok phone, all its features wear off pretty quick

The iphone is as good as some phones in the market. Though it is a stylish bit of kit the features are lacking in some parts.

im not sure about this but i think you just buy it and then put your existing sim into it.. dont know what the phone like soz.

I’ve read hundreds of reviews and owners are really impressed with it.

In the UK you can only get a contract with O2,which is a huge con,lets hope that changes very soon.

The iphone is a load of crap. Its backwards technology in the states its new technology in this country we have 3g the states dont have it. Why would anybody pay £269 upfront then either £35, £45 or £55pm. All the iphone is, is an ipod touch with a phone application tacked on.

Really bad camera. summat like 2 mp

No 3g connection so if you want the internet you have to be in a wifi hotty.

I chose the LG Viewty as it had an oustanding cammera (5mp) that takes very good quality plus you can upload directly to youtube if thats your thimg?

It has a 3g connection so when im in the 3g areas (almost everywhere here ) i get full internet and i can even watch live tv!

The viewty even plays divX movies which are briliant looking!

You still have the touch screen of the Iphone (maybe not as swish ) and a very similar overall shape (the lg is slightly smaller) and you wouldnt belive the number of people that think its the iphone!

its great for everyything but it takes an extre step for calling and the touch screen might make you go CRAZYY! a

its good. but ucan’t send pic messages or video messages. but hte internet is great. all features are good but its expensive for only 200 messagse a month. can i say it sucksss. plus its kinda hard to txt but i hav ipod touch so its easy after a while. ttylzz
