What will lose when restore an iPhone? if you are going to restore my iPhone from a backup,you will lose everything, but when you push the restore button, iTunes usually asks if you want to back up your phone so that all of your contacts, texts, photos, etc are saved on the computer.

When the iphone is done restoring and starting up, you can restore the information from the backup, it will ask if you want to do that.
